¬ Are referee checked and have current and satisfactory Police and Working with Children Checks

¬ Are appointed on their experience, qualifications and attitudes to disability as well as their personal qualities

¬ Have, or are in the process of obtaining, Cert IV in Community Service (Disability) or equivalent

¬ Receive Induction Training prior to commencement

¬ Are required to demonstrate competency annually
