to determine possible reasons for the behaviours
of concern and to assist in
determining the support and skills development required
Development of an Positive Behaviour Support Plan
We focus on
providing alternative solutions to restrictive practices
Support staff
to carry out the Positive Behaviour Support Plan
Monitoring
of implementation of the Positive Behaviour Support Plan
Feedback to the Referrer
to let them know how the Positive Behaviour Support Plan is working for the
service user.
